We appreciated its incredible location right by supermarket, the sandy beach of Paleochora, and the centre or the harbour and the big Synka supermarket. Plus it was located close to everything. The staff was accommodating and we met the host. Had a bath. Could see mountain from the window.

We stayed in a beautiful and authentic house just a minute walk from a sandy beach. the room was spacious and comfortable, with well, equipped kitchen facilities. the host was friendly and promptly sorted out any issues with hot water or internet. the location was perfect, close to the main town, supermarkets, and great low, key restaurants. We also enjoyed the private terrace and the metal shutters that blocked out the light in the morning for a good night's sleep.
The shower did not have a fixture at head, height, so the shower head had to be held or you had to sit down to wash.

The room at Nicole Rooms was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It had a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, which made my stay comfortable and convenient. I loved that the double room had an electric kettle and tea/coffee maker, making it easy for me to enjoy a warm drink whenever I wanted. The sea view from the balcony was stunning, and the tile/marble floor added to the overall charm of the room. The kitchenware provided in the double room was a nice touch, allowing me to prepare small meals and snacks during my stay. The triple room also had an electric kettle, which was handy for guests who needed it. The location of the room was great, just a few minutes' walk from the city center.
Personally, I would have preferred if the room had air conditioning. However, I understand that some guests may find the sea breeze sufficient.

During my recent stay at Nicole Rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the helpful and welcoming nature of Elena, the owner. The room, although basic, was incredibly clean and had all the amenities I needed. The hot shower and efficient air conditioning were a definite plus. The location in the center of Paleochora was really convenient, with the main beach just a short walk away. Despite being in the village center, the area was surprisingly quiet. I would recommend Nicole Rooms for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay in Paleochora.

Our stay at Nicole Rooms exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and a modern air conditioning unit that didn't blow directly at the beds. We appreciated the mosquito nets at the bathroom window, which helped keep the bugs out. The shaded garden was a nice touch, and the location was perfect, just a few steps from the sandy beach and the town center. The daily cleaning of the apartment was also a plus.

I got great value for my money at Nicole Rooms. The room was small but had everything I needed and was very clean. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and just a two-minute walk to the main beach. Despite being in the center, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering to give us a lift to a beach with no public transportation.
Menu for breakfast could use some improvement.

Absolutely loved the newly refurbished room, great price! Had everything I needed and the hosts were super friendly. Proper Cretan hospitality!
Oh, how unfortunate that my stunning sea view was interrupted by a neighboring building. And those beds, as hard as rocks, a real treat for my back.
